My 3 Girls Productions

Can you imagine one BIG event where pageant systems from around the world come together to celebrate pageantry, work together to make the industry better, and make professional and personal connections while in the same place at the same time? That’s what Super Pageant Week is all about!


Our goal is to offer a fabulous venue with complete production at affordable pricing for organizations that want an elegant stage and facility but may not have it in their budget to provide it all on their own year after year. Up to eight pageant organizations will have the opportunity to use our venue and production staff at a cost-saving price. We are accepting local, state, national, and international pageants that have 30 to 99 contestants in their pageant. The number of pageants participating will depend on the number of days required and space/time availability.


Super Pageant Week will be July 27-31, 2026, in Orlando, Florida at The Florida Hotel Orlando Conference Center, with set up on July 26 and contestant hotel arrival on July 26. Each pageant organization will share over 20,000 square feet of meeting space for their choice of 3 or 5 consecutive pageant days. Our Executive Event Manager will work with each director to schedule time slots and spaces for each pageant system.


Here is what each pageant will have access to during Super Pageant Week:

  time increments assigned for each pageant each day

• Assistant to help with awards set up for crowning day


• Personal, Private Office Space, all day, every day, for storage,

• Personal Assigned Meeting Space for your contestants (all day, every

  day) for contestant registration and private events. Room size

  depends on the number of contestants you have with square footage

  ranging from 1,000 to 1,950 square feet.


• Public Boutique Space with 2 tables for display


• Public Step and Repeat Banner Space for banners up to 12’ wide


• Special Dressing Room for Crowning Day


• Safety Team for the entire week


• Access to a Program Book Editor (book design/editor for an additional

  fee)


• Access to Opening Number Dance Choreographer (created for an

  additional fee)


• Professional Judging Panel of four judges (optional, as you can bring

  your own, if you’d rather)


• Professional Tabulating Team (optional, as you can bring your own, if

  you'd rather)


• Special Sleeping Room Rate of only $144 per night and a $5 resort

  fee (taxes not included, not included in the SPW pageant pricing)


• Only commit to a minimum of 25 sleeping rooms in your room block

  at our host hotel for your pageant. Room minimum includes your staff

  rooms, as well.


• Personal Event Assistant to help with event questions/information


• Executive Event Manager to oversee SPW


• Options to purchase catered meals for private events for your private

  meeting space (additional costs)

• You keep all the profit from your event. We do not handle any money

  on a pageant's behalf.


• You will get to provide your own ticket takers for your events


• You will work with our Executive Stage Producer for your stage events


• Payment plan for your payments to participate in this event


• Internet provided in the ballroom for you to LIVE stream however you

  choose. We do not provide LIVE stream services in our package.

  However, depending on your needs, we can recommend some LIVE

  streaming services.



We all know that events with all these things we have mentioned can cost up to $100,000 for pageant week. So, what is the cost for this amazing opportunity? Prices range depending on how many days you need the stage. You can book the stage for 1 - 5 days in two-hour increments, etc. Call us with your pageant plans and let's see if how we can help your contestants and your pageant shine!


We offer budgeting plans as follows:
• A non-refundable deposit is required when signing a

  contract to participate.


• Directors may pay for everything in full, up front, or participate in a

  payment plan based on when you sign a contract to participate in this

  event. Your non-refundable payments are divided into 3 to 6 easy     

  installments. You will work with our Executive Event Manager to

  determine those amounts.


• All fees must be paid in full at least 60 days prior to the event, no exceptions. There is no change in pricing no matter which services/options you choose to use or not to use.
